ABOUT MICHAEL
Michael Brookey serves as President and Principal Consultant of Brookey & Company. He has held executive leadership positions in management and technology consulting, systems implementation, and enterprise application management at KPMG US LLC and BearingPoint, and later in senior leadership at Attain, LLC, a firm formed through the acquisition of select BearingPoint public sector contracts during its Chapter 11 restructuring. He also served in executive leadership at IDS/MicroPact, now Tyler Technologies.
With more than three decades of executive leadership in strategy, enterprise application management, and large-scale transformation, Michael advises Boards and senior executives navigating growth, integration, restructuring, zero-based transformation, and AI-driven disruption. He works directly with leadership teams to translate complexity into structured decisions, aligning strategy, operations, and technology to measurable outcomes. Consistent with the firm’s operating philosophy, he remains actively engaged throughout each engagement to ensure executive alignment and sustained performance impact. He has been a Project Management Institute certified PMP since 2006.
Deeply committed to serving the Greater San Diego community, Michael previously served on the San Diego Futures Foundation Board of Directors and currently serves on the San Diego State University Computer Science Industry Advisory Board.

ABOUT CHRISTOPHER
Christopher Brookey serves as Vice President and Associate Principal Consultant of Brookey & Company. Over nearly twelve years with the firm, he has played a central role in client delivery, operational modeling, and strategic execution across commercial and public sector engagements.
With more than a decade of experience in operations, performance improvement, and technology-enabled transformation, Christopher advises executive teams on organizational performance, zero-based transformation, and AI strategy implementation. He works directly with leadership to align operating models, cost structures, and technology initiatives with enterprise objectives, translating strategic priorities into measurable operational outcomes.
In addition to his client advisory responsibilities, Christopher oversees alliance partnerships, engagement management, and operational infrastructure for the firm. He integrates Lean, Six Sigma, and agile methodologies into Brookey & Company’s diagnostic and transformation frameworks to reinforce execution discipline and sustained performance impact.
Christopher holds a Six Sigma Green Belt and is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). He is also a licensed producer/agent and a certified SEI holder. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hofstra University.
