The Challenge

A highly innovative defense company performing research and development (R&D) in Physical, Engineering and Life Sciences was seeking a strategy to expand their business base into adjacent markets. While engaging in a $1.2B Federal market (unclassified projects), the uncertainty surrounding annual Department of Defense budgets and the lengthy acquisition process was negatively impacting the company’s ability to establish a consistent revenue stream.

The Solution
